Question: Is Dubai tap water safe for hair?

Direct Answer: It is generally safe to use, but hard water can affect hair feel, leave residue, and make washing less effective.

Technical Analysis: In many UAE buildings, hardness and dissolved minerals can leave deposits on hair and scalp. If sediment from tanks or chlorine issues are also present, the user may notice dryness, dullness, or buildup more quickly.

Recommended Action: The right solution depends on whether the issue is hardness, chlorine, or sediment. That is why we review the source and point of use before recommending a shower filter, softener, or full treatment system.

Question: When is a water softener better than a standard filter?

Direct Answer: A standard filter helps with sediment, taste, and some odors, while a softener is used when hardness is causing scale on taps, heaters, and appliances.
